Terms and Conditions

1. Products and prices

All products displayed on the website are described as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in EUR or RON and include/exclude VAT as indicated on the product page. SFFB TRADING SRL reserves the right to modify prices, products or promotional offers at any time, without prior notice, without affecting confirmed and paid orders.

2. Ordering process

Orders are placed online by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout form with accurate billing and delivery information. After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. The order is considered accepted only after it is reviewed and confirmed by SFFB TRADING SRL.

3. Payments

Online card payments are processed securely through NETOPIA Payments. Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor and are not stored by SFFB TRADING SRL. Other accepted payment methods (such as bank transfer) are listed at checkout. The order will be prepared only after payment is successfully confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, estimated times and shipping costs are described in detail on the Shipping & Delivery page, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the delivery conditions.

5. Returns and cancellations

Conditions for returns, refunds and order cancellations are described on the Refund and Returns Policy page. Customers benefit from the rights granted by applicable Romanian and EU consumer protection legislation.

6. Warranty and liability

Products are covered by the legal warranty and, where applicable, by the commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer. SFFB TRADING SRL is not liable for improper installation or use of the products, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from such use.

7. Personal data protection

Personal data collected through this website are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy / GDPR. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree with the way we process your data.

8. Dispute resolution – ANPC / SAL

Any disputes between consumers and SFFB TRADING SRL will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, consumers may address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (SAL) made available under Romanian Government Ordinance no. 38/2015.

9. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
