Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as:
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Perishable or consumable products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

To initiate a return, please contact us at managment@sffbtrading.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing managment@sffbtrading.com.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before providing a replacement or refund.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at managment@sffbtrading.com.

5. Cancel order policy

Customers may request the cancellation of an order before the products are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact SFFB TRADING SRL as soon as possible by email or phone, mentioning the order number. If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still exercise your right of return according to the conditions described below
