This food processor comes with an ultra thin 7-in-1 blade that adjusts the thickness from 1 to 7 mm, providing you with the versatility you need for your food prep operation. For maximum performance, it boasts a full 3/4 hp motor and a disc RPM of 300. Its high speed motor and direct eject minimizes product damage while increasing yields, allowing this unit to process a 500 lb. capacity per hour.

Built with safety in mind, this unit has an auto shut-off switch when the unit is opened and its auto blade brake ensures safe and efficient operation. The integral safety inter-locks allow for safe product loading, while the sealed switches prevent moisture damage. This food processor is also easy to clean thanks to its removable components.
