For easy use, this combi oven comes with an easy-to-read 10 1/8″ programmable touchscreen control that features customizable home screen options, recipe categorization and filtering, and lockout capabilities. It features easy recipe upload and download through its USB port or through ChefLinc™, a remote oven management tool that can push and pull recipes, software, or oven settings from anywhere. Thanks to its spacious interior and 4 included wire shelves, this unit can fit up to 7 full size sheet pans filled with meats and vegetables.

With the Absolute Humidity Control feature, you can select any humidity level from 0-100%, maximizing food quality, texture, and yield. This unit provides a variety of ways to easily keep it clean with 5 fully automated cleaning cycles from “light clean” to “heavy plus.” It also has a front accessible and retractable rinse hose, and the LED illuminated door handle provides visual notification of the oven status.
