1. Fast and Reliable Delivery
SFFB TRADING SRL delivers commercial catering and restaurant equipment throughout Romania and to selected international destinations using trusted courier partners and specialized freight services. Our objective is to ensure that every order arrives safely, in good condition and within the agreed time frame.
2. How Our Delivery Service Works
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- For deliveries within Romania, the standard delivery time is 2–5 working days from the moment the order and payment are confirmed, unless a different term is agreed in writing for customised or special‑order products.
- For international deliveries within the European Union and neighbouring countries, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on destination, customs formalities and the carrier’s schedule.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, volume and weight and are clearly displayed before you complete your order at checkout.
3. Stock Availability and Dispatch Times
Most products are shipped from our own stock within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Certain items, especially large or customised equipment, may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or brought into our warehouse with the next stock order; in such cases, the dispatch time can be longer and will be communicated to you by email before we confirm your order.
4. Delivery Methods
Nationwide delivery – Romania
We deliver to all major cities and most locations in Romania, directly to your business address, using express courier companies and palletized freight services for heavy or oversized equipment.
International delivery – Europe and worldwide
For deliveries to other countries, mainly within the European Union, we work with international carriers such as DHL, DSV or DB Schenker (or equivalent partners), depending on the size and weight of the shipment. For each international order, we will confirm by email the available delivery options, costs and estimated transit time.
Pallet and lift‑gate options
For heavy equipment and large orders, we offer palletized shipping and, where available, lift‑gate or unloading services. These options are agreed in advance with the customer and may involve additional costs.
5. Express Shipping Options
If you require faster delivery, express shipping options (such as next‑day or second‑day services) may be available for selected products and destinations.
These services depend on stock availability, carrier cut‑off times and your delivery address, and they are quoted individually on request before you place the order.
6. Receiving and Inspecting the Goods
When your shipment arrives, please check the parcels carefully before signing the delivery note:
- verify the number of packages and their external condition;
- if you notice any visible damage or missing parcels, ask the courier to record the issue on the delivery document and immediately inform SFFB TRADING SRL, sending photos and a short description.
This procedure allows us to open a claim with the transport company and to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Ordering, Payment and Delivery
Orders are placed online by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout form with accurate billing and delivery details. Online card payments are processed securely via NETOPIA Payments; card data are sent directly to the payment processor and are not stored by SFFB TRADING SRL.
