This unit features 2 cabinets, allowing you to hold foods simultaneously at different temperatures, and also serves as a dough proofer. It’s ideal for high volume foodservice operations such as banquet halls, conference centers, hotels, schools, and cafeterias looking to expand their operational efficiency. Thanks to its innovative Halo Heat® system, this holding cabinet keeps hot foods at safe, even temperatures while retaining moisture for better food quality.

The Halo Heat® system uses a unique electric thermal cable wrapped around three sides of the cabinet to provide a gentle, radiant heat source without the use of steam or fans, eliminating unwanted air movement. This prevents hot and cold spots from forming and keeps food from drying out, allowing you to preserve food quality longer and reduce waste. Plus, the Halo Heat® system radiates less ambient heat, helping to keep the surrounding area cool while using less energy than comparable holding cabinets.

Each holding cabinet of this unit has its own controls for independent use, making it easy to keep roasted meat in one compartment while holding vegetables in the other. The durable 20 gauge stainless steel construction resists corrosion and withstands rigorous use, and each 22 gauge stainless steel reach-in door provides easy access, allowing for quick retrieval and placement of food. The door windows conveniently allow you to view the contents inside, and the vented design maintains the quality of crispy foods. Additionally, each door handle is constructed with antimicrobial additives, contributing to increased food safety. With a temperature range between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the digital display on each compartment helps make sure food stays at the right temperature and also senses drops in temperature to provide quick heating recovery.

This mobile holding cabinet includes a set of 4 heavy duty 5″ casters, 2 with brakes, to easily move the unit aside for cleaning or maintenance. Also included are 4 chrome-plated side racks with 8 pan positions spaced on 2 15/16” centers. Each cabinet holds up to 4 full size food pans that are 2 1/2” deep, or 8 full size sheet pans that are 1″ deep. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
